TEAMS SCORING THREE RUNS OR LESS ARE NOT GOING WIN A LOT – ASK THE METS

Scoring three runs or less in a game is like shopping at a supermarket hours before a blizzard is expected…the shelves are empty in the win department.

I called out the Mets in the headline, but look at the Pirates and Royals and Giants, three teams also expected to contend for postseason play and you can see why they are each struggling.

The Rockies, Orioles, Nationals, and Yankees are at least holding their own even when their offense is not producing.

Check out the records of each team when scoring three runs or less

The Mets are 0-11
