Following Ubaldo Jimenez‘ 4-0 shutout of the Giants on May 31, the Rockies pitcher was 10-1 with a microscopic 0.78 ERA. After the Rockies were defeated by the Phillies yesterday, 10-2, Jimenez is now 15-2 with a 2.75 ERA.

In his last nine starts, Jimenez is 5-1 but with a 5.67 ERA. He has pitched 54 innings in those games giving up 50 hits and recording 50 strikeouts. In his first 80.1 innings of the season, he gave up 46 hits and struck out 70.
