Minnesota Twins starter Carl Pavano (1-2) gave up seven earned runs and eight hits in 4.2 as the Orioles stopped their eight-game losing streak, 11-0.

Pavano, who had allowed only one run in his previous 16 innings, saw his ERA soar to 5.47. Matt Wieters had four RBI and is 5 for 5 with eight RBI this season with runners in scoring position.

Joe Nathan in a mop-up role gave up a three-run homer to Vladimir Guerrero. Guerrero is now tied with Chipper Jones and Andre Dawson for 36th place on the all time home run list, with 438.

The Twins are 6-11 on the season and now 4-8 on the road.
