Adrian Beltre hits for the cycle

In Friday night’s Texas 8-0 win over the Minnesota Twins, as Matt Harrison flirted with a no-hitter as he was winning his 15th of the season, Adrian Beltre put together the second cycle of his career.

The first indicator that this may be Beltre’s night was a 1st inning RBI triple, his first three-bagger since July 26, 2010.

BTW: Beltre’s cycle came two nights after he hit three homers in a game against Baltimore, has homered in three consecutive games, and over the past four games, he’s 12-18 with five homers, three doubles and a triple.
