Gayle Fee and Laura Raposa in the Boston Herald‘s fah-boo Inside Track gossip column of Wednesday, November 28, 2012 reported that Red Sox pitcher John Lackey, who split with wife, Krista, earlier this year, has put their Newport Beach, Calif., oceanfront manse on the market for $9.9 million. Their immediate reaction was, “Does this mean Boston’s stuck with him???”

They also reported that Carl Crawford dropped the asking price on his Wellesley five-bedroom, six-bath crib, complete with media room, gym and batting cage, originally listed for just about $3 million, is now going for $2.85 million.

Next they tell us, that Josh Beckett has dropped the price on his three-bedroom, four-bath Ritz-Carlton condo to $2.8 million.

And  finally, Adrian Gonzalez‘ five-bedroom, eight-bath Weston estate is still on the market for $4.5 million.
