Cleveland Indians is the Bourn Identity

The Cleveland Indians have agreed to terms with center fielder Michael Bourn on a four-year, $48 million contract. Bourn hit .274 with nine homers, 57 RBI and 42 stolen bases last season for the Braves. Bourn is a two-time All-Star, Gold Glove winner and three-time NL steals leader.

Earlier this offseason, the Tribe signed free agent Nick Swisher to a four-year, $56 million contract and starting pitcher Brett Myers. They have also added Mark Reynolds, and Jason Giambi, and pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka to minor league deals.

Cleveland’s new manager Terry Francona also has center fielders Drew Stubbs and Michael Brantley which means before the end of July, the Tribe may not be finished wheeling and dealing.
