Trevor Bauer wins, gets sent down

Trevor Bauer allowed one hit and six walks in five innings for his first American League win as the Indians continued their hot play in shutting out the Phillies, 6-0.

Bauer (1-1), called up from Triple-A Columbus before the game, was sent back down today.

Ryan Raburn has been so good at the plate, he’s now getting his name chanted when he takes the field.

Ryan Raburn, coming off back-to-back two-homer games, had four hits and two RBI, and now has 12 hits in his last 14 at-bats with four homers, nine RBI. Over his past seven games, he’s hit .500 (15 for 30) and raised his average from .195 to .364.

Terry Francona‘s Tribe has won four straight and seven of 10.
