There have now been a record 415 multi-homer games by players this season, the previous record was 396 multi-homer games in 2017.

The record for most games with at least one homer is held by the 2012 and 2018 Yankees who hit homers in 131 games. The 2012 team went 88-43 and the 2018 Yankees went 90-41. The Yankees lead all teams in 2019 with homers in 128 games (89-39).

The Yankees lead the majors with a record 280 homers hit this season; the Twins have hit 279.
So far, an MLB record 19 teams have hit 200+ homers, the old record was 17.
Michael Conforto of the Mets hit his 30th homer. There are now 41 players with 30+ homers; the record is 47 set in 2000.
Yan Gomes hit his 10th last night which means there are now a record 259 players with at least 10 homers this season.
The Phillies hit four homers last night, the 11th time they have had 4+ homers in a game this season. Their franchise record is 12 in 2004 and 2006.
The Yankees and Dodgers have an MLB-record 20 games of four homers each this season. The Twins have 19 which ties them with the previous record holder the Baltimore Orioles of 2017.
The Mets set a team record for homers in a home game by hitting six against the Diamondbacks.
The Phils set a club record for home homers with 117, topping the 116 hit in 2007.
The Dodgers lead the majors with 136 home homers in 76 games. The record is 153 hit by the Rangers in 2005.
Teams that did not homer yesterday: Diamondbacks, Tigers (Gm 2), White Sox, Cubs and Padres (same game), Red Sox and Blue Jays (same game), Dodgers, Rays, and Marlins.
Finally, in case you missed it: AAA teams switched to MLB baseballs in 2019 and hit 5749 homers. In 2018, Triple-A teams hit 3652 homers.
